TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

TERMS

All new accounts are requested to complete an MIC/Multiawards International (Canada) Inc. business/credit application and submit it to our Markham, ON head office. Upon receipt of the application, it will be reviewed and if approved, the new account will be offered Net Terms of 30 days. In order to process the new accounts first order, it will be processed as COD or applied to a valid credit card upon shipment. For accounts granted open terms of 30 days, any monies outstanding over 30 days will not be entitled to any special pricing and/or freight programs. All prices are F.O.B. from our warehouse. Payments can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD.

RETURNED CHEQUES/PAYMENTS

Any customer who issued a NSF cheque will be placed on a credit card or certified payment basis until the MIC credit department reinstates the account to open terms. All NSF cheques will be subject to a $20.00 service charge.

MINIMUM ORDER

A $30.00 minimum order is required for each shipment. All orders under $30.00 are subjected to a $5.00 service charge.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed as quickly as possible; accordingly add-on orders can only be processed as a new order which will be invoiced separately. MIC ship via courier or truck at our discretion unless otherwise requested by the customer.

CLAIMS

All claims must be reported to MIC within 5 business days. Customers are strongly encouraged to check their MIC order upon receipt. If there is any sign of damage, have it marked on the freight. MIC will not be responsible for any damage suffered in transit or in storage.

ADJUSTMENTS & RETURNS

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from MIC. Request for Return must be made within 30 days from date of delivery. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be in a saleable condition to receive credit or exchange. Custom products are NOT Returnable.
